  1. After the plugin is actiavted, a new menu named “ChatBot Pro” <\/strong>will appear in the WordPress admin Menu Bar.<\/li>\n
  2. Click ChatBot Pro->Settings <\/strong>page to customize the ChatBot with your own floating icon or update the agent icon, Icon position, chatbot window colors, Floating notification box messages etc.<\/li>\n
  3. Update the languages used by the ChatBot from ChatBot Pro->Language Center<\/strong> (in Pro versions) or Settings->Change Language (in the Free version).
    \nFrom here, you can update the Agent name <\/strong>from Carry<\/strong> to something else.
    \nYou can change ALL the texts used by the ChatBot to YOUR OWN language here (like Spanish, French<\/strong> etc.) so the ChatBot can speak any language.<\/li>\n
  4. When you activate the plugin, by default, only the Site search option will work<\/strong>. Site search displays links to your website pages that contain the keywords in the user query.
    \nTo generate direct text responses, you need to use either ChatBot Pro->Simple Text Responses<\/strong> or an AI service<\/strong> like OpenAI from ChatBot Pro->AI Settings.<\/li>\n
  5. You can change the Asking for Name<\/strong>, Email<\/strong>, Phone number etc. sequence or the Start Menu<\/strong> display settings from the ChatBot Pro->Settings->General<\/strong><\/li>\n

  8. By default all the modules are not active. You can activate the modules you need from ChatBot Pro->Module Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
