Yes, WoowBot supports voice messaging or voice chat – making your WordPress chatbot smarter and more conversational.<\/p>\n

For Voice enabled chatbot you need the Master license.

Step 1: Choose Your Speech Service<\/strong>
\nIn your General Settings<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Under \u201cPlease select a service<\/strong>\u201d, pick either Google<\/strong> or Microsoft<\/strong>.
\n\u2022 Click Save Changes<\/strong> after selecting.<\/p>\n

Step 2: If You Choose Google<\/strong>
\nGo to the Google<\/strong> tab and fill in:
\n1. Allow Voice Command<\/strong> \u2192 check this box.
\n(Enables speech-to-text input in your chatbot.)
\n2. (Optional) Allow Bot to Read Out the Response<\/strong> \u2192 check if you want the bot to reply via text-to-speech.
\n3. Default Capture Sound Duration:<\/strong> 10 (default is fine)
\n4. Google Project ID<\/strong> \u2192 Enter your Google Cloud Project ID
\n(You must have Cloud Speech-to-Tex<\/strong>t and Text-to-Speech<\/strong> APIs<\/strong> enabled.)
\n5. Private Key:<\/strong> Paste the JSON private key<\/strong> content from your Google service account.
\n6. Language Name:<\/strong> e.g. en-US-Standard-A
\n(Google\u2019s standard US English voice)
\n7. Language Code:<\/strong> en-US
\n8. Voice Gender:<\/strong> Choose Male or Female.
\n9. Click Save Changes.<\/strong>

Step 3: If You Choose Microsoft (Azure Cognitive Services)<\/strong>
\nGo to the Microsoft tab<\/strong> and fill in:
\n1. Allow Voice Command<\/strong> \u2192 check this box.
\n2. Default Capture Sound Duration:<\/strong> 10
\n3. Language Code:<\/strong> en-US
\n4. API Key:<\/strong> Paste your Azure Speech Service Key<\/strong> from the Azure Portal.
\n5. Region:<\/strong> Choose the same region where your Speech resource is hosted (e.g., Central US).
\n6. (Optional) Phrase Lists:<\/strong> You can add frequently used words or names to improve recognition accuracy.

Step 4: Test the Setup<\/strong>

\n1. Refresh your chatbot window.
\n2. The microphone icon<\/strong> should appear (as in your second image).
\n3. Click the mic \u2192 Speak \u2192 Click \u201cStop & Send.\u201d
