Yes, WoowBot can integrate with CRMs \u2014 directly or through supported integrations and APIs.<\/p>\n

Here are the CRM’s WoowBot ChatBot Integrates:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Single Endpoint Integration:<\/strong>
\nTo collect conversational form submission data<\/strong> or email subscription data<\/strong> through a single webhook URL, copy the webhook link from your service provider (for example, Zapier<\/strong>) and paste it into the \u201cWebhook URL\u201d<\/strong> field. Then, click \u201cSave Changes.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you want to send conversational form<\/strong> data<\/strong> specifically through a webhook, make sure to check both options:

If you\u2019re creating a Conversational Form<\/strong> and want to send its data to HubSpot, make sure to include an Email field in your form. You can also add fields like Name<\/strong> and Phone<\/strong> by using their respective slugs to capture additional details.<\/p>\n
