WhatsApp Chatbot Module uses Twilio API to send WhatsApp messages. This plugin needs the following below credentials to setup:<\/p>\n

  1. Twilio Account SID<\/li>\n
  2. Twilio Auth Token<\/li>\n
  3. Phone Number<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can get these credentials from this site:\u00a0https:\/\/www.twilio.com\/whatsapp<\/a><\/p>\n

    Also you need to setup the Webhook URL to get notification about incoming messages. To do that, you need to copy the Webhook URL from\u00a0Bot \u2013 WhatsApp > General Settings<\/strong>\u00a0page and add it to the WhatsApp Settings from\u00a0twilio console<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Twilio Sandbox Account<\/h4>\n

    You can also create a twilio sandbox account to test the chatbot. You can follow this article to create a twilio sandbox account:\u00a0https:\/\/www.twilio.com\/docs\/whatsapp\/sandbox<\/a><\/p>\n

    Menu Setup<\/h4>\n

    In order to setup the menu please go the Bot \u2013 WhatsApp > Menu Setup page where you will find all pre-build intent and all kind of custom intent that you created to add it whatsapp menu.<\/p>\n

    Start Chatbot<\/h4>\n

    After done the above setup you are ready to start chatting with your WhatsApp Chatbot. To start chatting, Write \u201cstart\u201d or \u201chelp\u201d to the WhatsApp phone number and chatbot will show you the menu items to select.<\/p>\n
