You can set up buttons in the Start Menu to answer specific questions using Simple Text Responses . Go to ChatBot pro->Simple text responses. Create your question and answer, and give it an Intent name (Intent names must be unique.).
Go to ChatBot pro->Settings->Start menu. Drag that STR intent to the Active menu area.
