OpenRouter
OpenRouter is an unified Interface or Aggregator for LLMs. You can choose from hundreds of different AI models from OpenAI to Deepseek or Claude to get AI responses.
OpenAI / ChatGPT Integration
WoowBot supports connecting to OpenAI’s API so you can use models like GPT for natural-language conversation with your site visitors. You’ll need your own OpenAI API key and then you can train the bot with your own website data or upload documents.
Dialogflow (Google NLP) Integration
If you prefer a structured intent-based approach, WoowBot supports Dialogflow. You define intents, entities, contexts etc., and WoowBot routes incoming chat input accordingly.
Gemini AI Integration
WoowBot supports Gemini AI, Google’s next-generation AI model suite, as an integration option for powering intelligent chatbot conversations. With Gemini AI, WoowBot can handle more natural, context-aware interactions, providing accurate responses, understanding complex queries, and generating human-like replies.
Mistral AI Integration
WoowBot allows integration with various AI providers, including Mistral AI, through the OpenRouter platform. This integration enables WoowBot to utilize Mistral AI’s language models for generating intelligent and context-aware responses.
Ollama AI
WoowBot natively supports integration with Ollama AI.
Training & Data Upload as PDF, Word files
For deeper customization, WPBot allows you to upload documents (PDFs, Word files, JSON data) or use your website content to train the AI model so it reflects your brand, knowledge base, or support content. This feature is available only with OpenAI and GPT Assistant when using the WoowBot Professional or the Master license.
